Temporary Road Closure along Station Road, Admaston

Here are details that outline the traffic management arrangements for a temporary road closure along Station Road, Admaston

Severn Trent Water are planning to undertake New Water Connection works. The work is set to commence on Monday 17th December 2018 and will last for a duration of 3 days with an end date of Wednesday 19th December 2018. 

The diversion route for vehicles travelling in all directions will be signed on site.

The Parish Council has been notified of the following planning application:

The Dingle, Blacksmiths Lane, Wrockwardine, Telford, TF6 5EZ

Demolition of the existing single storey extension and erection of a two storey extension with internal alterations, installation of porch hood, replacement of 4no. windows, 1no. door and the erection of two bay detached garage (Full Planning Application) .

Temporary Road Closure – Station Road, Wrockwardine

There is to be a temporary road closure along Station Road, Wrockwardine. 

Western Power Distribution are planning to undertake new connection works.  The work is set to commence on Monday, 12th November 2018 and will last for a duration of 5 days with an end date of Friday, 16th November 2018.

The diversion route for vehicular traffic travelling in all directions will be signed on site.

Borough Council’s Grant Scheme for Young People

Telford & Wrekin Council’s grant scheme for young people is now open and seeking applicants looking for financial support up to the maximum value of £1,000. 

The grant aims to support children and young people living in the Borough of Telford and Wrekin up to the age of 25 years old who fall into one of three categories – education, training and/or employment, performing arts and culture or sport programmes. 

The panel is particularly interested in children and young people who have overcome adversity to reach their aspirations and goals, not just those competing or achieving at the highest levels.
